We’re looking for a High Volume Recruiter to join our reputed company team and reputed company the hiring efforts for our hourly, high-volume roles that are core to our clinical delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across a range of positions that support our care model, from schedulers to medical assistants and other hourly roles. You'll work in reputed company partnership with the Clinical and Operations teams to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

• Own and execute full-cycle reputed company for high-volume hourly roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets and business timelines
• Build strong relationships with clinical and operations hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and performance expectations
• Track and manage candidate flow using our ATS (reputed company), ensuring a smooth and high-touch candidate experience
• Partner with the broader People and Clinical teams to improve reputed company speed, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hiring processes
• reputed company creative sourcing strategies and utilize job boards, referrals, and community reputed company to build diverse candidate pipelines
• Use data to monitor reputed company and performance, share insights, and recommend process improvements
• Represent reputed company with enthusiasm and professionalism, serving as the first touchpoint for many of our clinical team hires

• 3+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 1 year focused on high-volume or hourly hiring
• Proven track record of hitting hiring goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Experience working with clinical or reputed company-adjacent roles strongly preferred
• Skilled in using ATS platforms (ideally reputed company) and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders at once
