About the Role
reputed company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our People team, based remotely in the United States. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, and ongoing administration of reputed company's compensation programs. Your expertise will ensure these programs are not only competitive and legally compliant but also strategically reputed company with our ambitious business objectives and reputed company and retention strategies reputed company the innovative and rapidly evolving employment landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and manage reputed company’s global compensation and equity programs, including reputed company pay structure, short- and long-term incentive plans, and equity administration to support reputed company’s strategic goals and culture.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking to ensure reputed company’s compensation remains competitive reputed company the technology, aviation, and delivery sectors.
- reputed company reputed company aspects of equity administration, including processing transactions (grants, exercises, terminations), and ensuring data reputed company and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics for the People Team, Finance, and leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll on the execution of employee liquidity events and manage the preparation and distribution of annual equity-reputed company tax documents (e.g. Form 3921, Form 3922).
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership on reputed company compensation issues and regulatory compliance.
- reputed company and deliver clear communication and training materials to educate employees and managers on compensation and equity programs.
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and Stock Administration.
- Proven experience in designing and administering compensation and equity programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation and equity principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present reputed company data.
- Expert proficiency in reputed company Sheets and/or reputed company reputed company.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at reputed company levels.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL or reputed company Cloud SQL for data querying and analysis is preferred.
- Experience with reputed company and Shareworks is preferred.
The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. reputed company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
