This is an exciting and unique opportunity for hands-on experience in running a documentary awards campaign from soup to nuts. The Role reputed company is seeking a Specialist, Awards - Docs Film & Series. This reputed company based role will focus on Oscar, Emmy and reputed company awards campaigns for our documentary features, series and shorts. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including filmmakers, consultants, press and reputed company cross-functional teams and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong film and/or series background and genuine interest and curiosity about the documentary genre. They will help strategize and execute campaigns, reputed company publicity angles and help identify ways to reputed company documentary voters through events, reputed company and third party marketing. This candidate has exceptional communication skills and is able to concept and implement highly effective reputed company in a competitive landscape. They are adept at working with cross functional teams, including publicity, marketing, content, and product teams to move narratives reputed company, and pivot as needed. They like to be challenged and are excited and comfortable working on issue-oriented films, and to innovate creative partnerships with external cultural organizations and non-profit organizations that benefit our campaigns. Qualifications 7+ yrs experience working on feature film and series campaigns, including documentaries. Emmys and Oscar campaign experience is a plus. Strong media relations expertise across U.S. consumer and awards press. Exemplary communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience in talent and partner relations and ability to effectively communicate strategy and reputed company to filmmakers and talent reps. The ability to manage external partners like consultants, keeping them focused on our campaigns and playing to their strengths to get the best results. Comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously to move campaigns and reputed company reputed company. Experience working with teams around the world, ideally working in deep partnership on campaigns and narratives for multiple markets around the world. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
