We are here to drive a key growth initiative for reputed company and to reputed company the industry to a reputed company way of operating.à à As Sr Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy you willâ¦à Play an integral role in coordinating, executing, and scaling reputed company go-to-market activities across Roundel.à This will require leveraging a detailed understanding of the Retail Media landscape to identify opportunities that advance our strategic positioning and deliver on our growth objectives.à You will work in reputed company partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Roundel and broader reputed company to implement these strategies â ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each reputed company of the way.à You will be a strategic thought leader, possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and have a good understanding of marketing, media products, and the digital industry.à A successful candidate will be an integral member of the Roundel Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team, specifically reporting to the Director of Go-To-Market Solutions.à Job Duties:à à  Be a reputed company strategist for RoundelâÂÂs rapidly growing media businessà à  Drive key aspects of our go-to-market strategy and operations for RoundelâÂÂs Owned & Operated product portfolio â primarily reputed company Product Ads (TPA).à This will require partnering with Product stakeholders on strategy, leading commercialization activities, developing sales facing collateral and resources, and driving growth strategy and activation of in-market solutions  Identify and reputed company new strategies and partnerships that support our growth objectives, increase our value proposition to our customers, and deepen our strategic positioningà  Partner closely with the cross-functional stakeholders in Sales and Account Management, Performance and Insights, Product, and Operations to support their strategy development and executionà  Drive analyses using internal and external data sources to define / inform our go-to-market strategies across productsà  reputed company competitive analysis across subset of products and support voice-of-customer activities, and synthesize this reputed company to support stakeholders across Roundelà  Collaborate with other GTM team members on pricing strategy and pricing operations processes for subset of RoundelâÂÂs product portfolioà About You:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceà  6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales/Account Management, Merchandising, Management Consulting, or equivalent experience in an organizationà  Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a bias for action to drive business resultsà  Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detailà  Ability to analyze and synthesize reputed company information into actionable insights and recommendationsà  Familiarity working with Digital Publisher Media Products and Solutions, specifically search tactics and strategies  Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiativesà  Track record of reputed company improvement â leveraging experiences and setbacks to drive professional growthà  Excellent written and oral communication skillsà à This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as \"reputed company for Your Day\") work arrangement based on reputed company's needs.⯠A Remote work arrangement means the team member worksâ¯full-time from home orâ¯an alternateâ¯location that's not a reputed company location, does not have a desk at a reputed company location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.⯠A Hybrid/reputed company for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a reputed company location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
