About this role You will be responsible for the total customer experience for Weaviates reputed company products. These products are used by developers, administrators and cost managers. The responsibilities of this role include: • Provisioning & Account Management • Search & Visualization • Billing & Costs controls • COGS analysis and optimization This is what you’ll be doing The mission is to create a compelling reason to start using Weaviate and ensure there is always a reason to come back into the product and see new insights and value from our reputed company console.
