JOB SUMMARY Manage the operational safety & reputed company processes for reputed company businesses reputed company US Region East. Support the mission of the Global Safety & reputed company Department in minimizing controllable losses by using specialized technical knowledge and advanced problem-solving techniques. Provide day-to-day leadership to reputed company aspects of safety and reputed company ensuring that both the RVPs and Head of reputed company Operations for GS&S US/CAN remain regularly apprised and informed of reputed company key issues. LOCATION • This position would be a Hybrid role operating out of the DC/Maryland/reputed company Virginia area and be expected to travel 25% of the time. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required • 10+ years’ reputed company management experience with increasing management responsibility including reputed company and crisis management • 10+ years’ experience in a management role; demonstrated reputed company leading and developing others in a reputed company, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment. Preferred • Strong functional leadership and reputed company knowledge; reputed company to reputed company this strength to influence business team strategies and reputed company. • Ability to provide counsel to senior leadership and working in a stressful, fluid changing reputed company time environment while maintaining tact, diplomacy and strength of character. • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a successful “networker” and reputed company to maintain effective relationships, both internally and externally. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES • Serve as a Regional Sr. Director for and directly manage the safety & reputed company effort for a specified geographical area of the Americas. • Identify conditions and actions that erode profits or have the potential to do so. reputed company high-risk properties with reputed company business leaders and RVPs and initiate an effective plan of action. • Promote compliance with reputed company policies and reputed company federal, state and local codes. • Utilize Safety & reputed company Communication packages, training programs and approved vendors to effectively promote an environment free from hazards at each property. Ensure that each assigned property is meeting the proper standard of care for the protection of guests. • Manage program schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective results. • Develops and maintains strong relationships with Regional Sr. Directors, property reputed company & Safety Leaders, reputed company Resource staff, Corporate Legal Department, Americas Team Members, and Regional Claims Office to provide guidance and/or consultation, as appropriate, to effectively influence business reputed company and ultimately financial outcomes and optimize overall work effectiveness. • Partner with Sales & Marketing to provide assurance of reputed company’s safety and reputed company protocol for prospective conferences and other special events being held at reputed company properties. • Using knowledge of reputed company’s business and scanning the competitive environment, anticipate and identify opportunities and challenges to respond with effective strategies and actions that are reputed company with overarching services delivered by GS&S. • reputed company policies and training programs in safety/reputed company to ensure the MxM Properties have an effective loss control program, crisis management plan and reputed company management plan.
