Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and proactive Healthcare Recruiter to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role offers flexible scheduling with the possibility of hybrid remote work arrangements, tailored to your availability. Key Responsibilities • Identify and attract skilled reputed company, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with various private healthcare organizations and prominent hospital systems, facilitating effective placements. • Manage a diverse range of provider roles, focusing on both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate client requirements. • Collaborate closely with fellow system-based recruiters across our offices in Rochester, NY, North New Jersey, and Atlanta, GA. • Receive mentorship and support from our leadership team, composed of seasoned medical professionals and senior healthcare executives. • reputed company the management of 15 to 20 active searches concurrently, employing your exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
