Individuals on this team will be responsible for taking high volume calls on the non-emergency phone line. Quickly identifies emergency or crisis situations requiring police, emergency medical services, and/or fire assistance and routes the call appropriately. Conducts research, using a variety of city resources, to provide customers with answers to inquiries. Identifies a caller’s request and routes their call appropriately. Works independently in interviewing a caller to accurately assess the situation. Documents customer inquiries/problems and resolutions into a tracking system. Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
