We are creating for reputed company! About the Role We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor – Conversion to be a part of the production team based in reputed company reputed company. Leading behavior-based safety initiatives for the shift; ensuring technicians plan safety into their daily routines and that safe work practices are followed. Planning, organizing, supervising, and scheduling reputed company, equipment and other resources reputed company issued policies, procedures, guidelines, and budgets. Assisting in hiring new team members and overseeing the on-boarding and on-the-job training for new and/or transferred employees. Assuring the most effective operation of the production process; utilizing key operating indicators for control of product cost, material usage, and machine downtime. Managing employee performance and development Providing leadership in identifying problems, troubleshooting, and solving issues affecting yield and equipment utilization. Maintaining and analyzing shift measures, conducting shift reporting, auditing ERP for accuracy and variance; conducting weekly and monthly variance investigations, maintaining and leading team in adherence to SOP's/SOC's (Standard Operating procedures/Standard Operating Conditions).
