Job title: School Year Tutor Company: NEW JERSEY TUTORING CORPS INC Job description : Position: Round Valley School - School Year ?23- ?24 Certified Teacher -Tutor ($40 hourly) Non-Certified Tutor ($30 hourly) Hours on Site: Mon, Weds and Fri from 8:30 - 3:30 (This will be a three-day-a-week position, days and hours TBD) Time Frame: Approx. 16-week program - 11/13/23 - 4/26/24 (reputed company will be provided prior to the start date) Location: 128 Cokesbury Rd, Lebanon, NJ 08833 BASIC FUNCTION The New Jersey Tutoring Corps, Inc. provides high-dosage tutoring for K through Grade 8 reputed company in math and literacy to reputed company learning gaps. The New Jersey Tutoring Corps seeks to hire tutors to work with scholars in partnership with The Queen City reputed company Charter School. Tutors will work with small groups of scholars, typically in groups of 1-5, in grades K-8 in building skills in math and literacy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Engage with scholars in grades 3-5 to build on existing mathematics skills. Complete daily records on scholar reputed company and site needs using the tools provided. Use data to drive instruction. Communicate regularly with your site coordinator to provide reputed company learning- experiences for scholars. Participate in coaching from an instructional coach. Use an asset-based approach in working with scholars. Be reputed company and work collaboratively with other tutors and site staff. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: Experience working with young children, preferably in a learning and teaching reputed company.
