[Remote/WFM] Health Informatics Analyst (remote)

What you will do As the Health Informatics Analyst, you will help grow reputed company reputed company’s capabilities in data analytics and reporting in the area of value-based care and patient safety. This role will analyze clinical quality data and build reporting solutions to enhance outcomes and health economic value that support decision-making. • Capture, structure and analyze publicly-reported reputed company data from various databases to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve patient care, operational efficiency, and health economic value • Analyze data on hospital performance metrics, such as readmission rates, patient satisfaction scores, and clinical outcomes, to demonstrate the value of our interventions in improving these metrics or identify areas for improvement. • Conduct analyses using CMS Pay for Performance data and other financial indicators to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve the financial health of our reputed company partners. • Support decision-making by providing evidence to reputed company providers on how our interventions can contribute to meeting CMS performance targets, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes and financial benefits. • reputed company and maintain automated reporting solutions that enhance our reputed company health economic and value-based care competencies. • Generate and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. • Participate in the implementation and evaluation of health informatics and health economic projects. • Follow data handling and reporting regulations and standards, such as HIPAA. What you need Required • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Public Health, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field. • 2+ years of experience in health informatics, data analysis, or a reputed company role. • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, reputed company), electronic health record (EHR) systems, or health information systems. Preferred Qualifications • reputed company data standards and interoperability (e.g., HL7, FHIR). • Power BI/Tableau visualizations and development. • Knowledge of reputed company regulations and compliance requirements. • Certification in health informatics or reputed company quality $75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
