The Data Analyst, Provider Relations at Umpqua Health plays a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives. This position involves leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques to extract, transform, and visualize data from various sources. The Providers Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to reputed company insightful reports, dashboards, and analyses that drive improvements in health plan operations, financial performance, member satisfaction, and quality outcomes. Your Credentials • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or reputed company field. • Proven experience (3+ years) as a data analyst or business analyst; strongly preferred in healthcare or reputed company industry. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
