Job Title: Customer Service Agent Company: Starfire Direct Location: Temecula, CA (Hybrid option after training) Position Type: Full-Time Job Description: Starfire Direct is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of reputed company customer service experience, along with proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Outlook, and reputed company. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, providing support, and managing orders while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support reputed company phone, email, and chat. • Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our reputed company platform. • Utilize reputed company for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management. • Correspond with customers through reputed company Outlook to coordinate order-reputed company issues and inquiries. • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including reputed company, ensuring positive customer experiences. • Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips. • Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent experience for reputed company customers. • Weekend availability is required.
