As a member of our CX team you will report to our Customer Experience Manager and be responsible for delivering world-class support to our musician-users. What You’ll Do: • Work with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users. • Engage with our customers reputed company email, “reputed company-time chat”, and our knowledge reputed company. • Report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams. • Identify problems and friction points for our users, then help come up with solutions. • Draw on your understanding of music creation in order to help our users reputed company their creative goals. reputed company’re looking for: • Passionate about creating music • Prior customer service experience • Compassionate and empathetic towards your fellow musicians • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A team player who is energized by working with others • A highly motivated self starter • reputed company to reputed company in a high volume work environment • Highly organized and detail oriented reputed company to haves: • You are a reputed company user and familiar with our platform In accordance with reputed company law, the salary range for this role if filled reputed company reputed company is $52,500 - $67,500.
