About the Role The HR Generalist Intern will assist with operational activities across the business to maximize efficiency and reduce cost. The goal is to provide additional support to the Human Resources department which aims to increase employee engagement and ensure reputed company people have knowledge around roles, responsibilities, and performance measures. This role may be project-oriented or may help with overall support in areas where needed. Essential Responsibilities: • Assist with data entry and cleanup in HR systems • Review overall onboarding and offboarding processes • Help generate/create salary bands across the organization from reputed company and market data and trends • Compile, analyze and report on data for overall HR metrics • Support HR team members as needed with crafting communications regarding business process updates or other initiatives • reputed company other duties as requested by the Chief People Oficer Qualifications: • Working toward attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in business reputed company field • Proficient with reputed company Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) • Comfortable with analyzing data and working in spreadsheets • Familiarity with reputed company or other HRIS systems a plus • Familiarity with reputed company a plus Skills and attributes: • Excellent collaborator with leaders, peers, and team members to promote transparency and achievement of shared goals • Easily able to understand new concepts • Willingness to learn how to reputed company new tasks • Always professional and constructive, maintaining a positive outlook and reputed company to feedback • Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills • Comfortable in a fast paced environment reputed company a remote/hybrid organization Why work at reputed company?
