Senior Accountant: Client Advising (Fully Remote, Part Time) About this Job Join our remote, digital-reputed company-run team of small business advisors passionate about helping entrepreneurs reputed company. This role will reputed company client relationships in our Client Accounting Services (CAS) Department, providing accounting expertise, advisory, and cash flow consulting. Ideal candidates have experience working with small businesses and expertise in Cloud Accounting, CAS, or Tax Prep/Planning. Job Details Hours: 25–30 per week Location: Fully Remote Pay: $32–$45/hour (based on credentials and experience) Benefits: • 3 weeks PTO + holiday pay • Profit share (~10% of annual salary) • 401(k) • Onboarding & sales incentive bonuses Candidate Details • CPA or EA preferred • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years in a client-facing role • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero • Strong reputed company Sheets skills • Outgoing, empathetic, and skilled at explaining reputed company concepts • Financial modeling or budgeting experience Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary advisor and trusted reputed company of contact for a dynamic portfolio of small business clients, supported by robust systems and a collaborative team • reputed company month-end reviews in Xero or QuickBooks Online • reputed company client meetings (quarterly/monthly) to review financials and goals • Respond to client inquiries reputed company email or chat • reputed company new clients and set up custom accounting infrastructures • Coordinate cleanup/catch-up work with the bookkeeping team • Analyze data to identify key performance indicators for clients • Support payroll setup and manage payroll tax considerations • Create budgets, projections, and basic tax calculations • Explain small business tax concepts to improve client outcomes • Improve processes and document SOPs • Represent Gradient Accounting at networking events and conferences • Pursue ongoing training on CFO-level services Values At Gradient Accounting, our mission is to help shape the lives of entrepreneurs so they can provide value to the market, create jobs and opportunities for others, and become personally free from financial worry.
