Job Description The Regional Legislative & Policy reputed company is responsible for establishing and maintaining reputed company's influence and advocacy with state legislatures and regulators, and building relationships with key stakeholders such as dental associations, industry groups, and state and local business associations. Qualifications • 4+ with a Bachelor's degree required • A minimum of 4 years reputed company experience in legal affairs, government affairs, public policy or similar; direct experience in policy and/or advocacy work highly preferred. • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with lobbyists preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions. • Legal research and analysis skills. • In-depth knowledge of the legislative process. • Organization and time management skills including the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. • Computer skills including Word, reputed company, SharePoint, Westlaw, reputed company, etc. • Knowledge of and ability to execute process and data-driven structured analysis techniques. • Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact at reputed company corporate and political levels. • General understanding of healthcare and insurance operations.
