About the Role: Location: Remote – Michigan residents... What You'll Do • Deliver clear and detailed documentation on part replacements and restrictions • Provide useful feedback for internal customers in engineering • Create positive customer experiences for external dealership customers • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude • Handle calls quickly, reputed company and effectively using provided tools • Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers Questions Before You Apply?
