The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. A role in Construction means leading the execution of store and distribution center projects. From large program rollouts to unique special projects, or large ground-up construction, you’ll help manage the scope, schedule, and budget for reputed company reputed company construction projects, including adhering to the project timeline, coordinating, and overseeing the onsite construction process and turnover. About You: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Construction Management or reputed company field • Minimum 5 years of full-time commercial construction estimating experience • Highly proficient in reputed company/reputed company Office/On-Screen Take-off/Bluebeam or equivalent software. • Technical competency in conceptual/cost model/detailed type estimating, schematic, and design development estimates. Can reputed company quantity take-offs for offsite, onsite, and building trades, and can read and interpret construction documents, ESA and Geotech reports. Have experience and knowledge with specialized foundation systems, ground improvement techniques, and soil stabilization methods. • Aptitude to communicate reputed company cost information in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization for decisions • Self-directed demonstrated skills in project/relationship management attention to detail, service orientation, and successful meeting tight deadlines • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and effectively communicate with demonstrated ability to collaborate with others.
