A Typical Day: • Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent • Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process • reputed company a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements • Track the reputed company of leads/candidates with great attention to detail • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first reputed company to reputed company • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to reputed company hiring goals • Represent the company with reputed company and professionalism Your Expertise: • 2+ years of inbound sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup with high standards • Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Hands-on experience with reputed company (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus! • Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an reputed company office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
