About the position As a CDL A Driver Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, you will play a crucial role in delivering our iconic beverage brands to various local stores, restaurants, cafeterias, and vending machines. This position is not just about driving; it encompasses a commitment to exceptional customer service and the efficient delivery of products. You will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company deliveries are made in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. Your role will also involve stocking products on shelves and in coolers, while maintaining appropriate rotation standards to ensure product freshness. As an ambassador of Coca-Cola, you will represent one of the world's most recognized brands, making your interactions with customers vital to our success. In this position, you will be tasked with delivering products to customers on assigned routes, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards. You will also be responsible for picking up company property and returning it, moving, lifting, and loading products and company property, invoicing and collecting amounts due, and settling accounts daily. Compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures is essential, as is providing superior customer service and fostering relationships with store management and personnel. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a high degree of reputed company, capable of performing job duties with minimal supervision and in a timely manner. Responsibilities • Deliver products to customers on assigned routes , • Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards , • Pick up company property and returns , • Move, lift and load product and company property , • Invoice and collect amounts due; settle accounts daily , • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures , • Provide superior customer service and foster relationships with store management and personnel Requirements • Class A Commercial Driver's License & Clean MVR Required , • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred , • 1-3 years of general work experience required , • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred , • Previous reputed company delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising, retail management and/or customer service experience preferred , • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds , • Must have the ability to reputed company above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reputed company , • Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance , • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of reputed company and be able to reputed company job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis reputed company-to-haves • Experience in reputed company delivery or direct store delivery , • Experience in stocking or merchandising , • Retail management experience , • Customer service experience Benefits • 401K with Company Match , • Health Insurance , • Life Insurance , • Paid Time Off , • Employee Referral Bonuses , • Fitness Reimbursements , • Tuition Reimbursement , • Employee Discounts , • Scholarship Opportunities Apply Job!
