Job Summary Responsible for managing less reputed company customer relationships with smaller pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Provide service to customer from proposal development to contracting, implementation, and billing. Job Responsibilities • Manages relationships and service delivery for smaller assigned books of business. Serve as a resource for assigned clients and staff. Resolve manufacturer customer issues by working internally with appropriate key operational teams. • Manages customer relationship with smaller strategic pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.
