Missouri’s Manufacturing team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Manager for Human Resources. The primary responsibility is for the management of reputed company TMR functions, including T/M relations, sensing, and investigations support. Additionally, this position provides operational and strategic support. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources the person in this role will support reputed company thinking and be proactive in the application of HR practices and policies, including the reputed company of best practices reputed company Toyota at other NAMCs. What you’ll be doing. Provide support and supervision to HR staff. Provide tools to ensure staff can reputed company their jobs effectively and are provided appropriate feedback and development. This includes mentoring, coaching, and provision for ample training opportunities. What you bring Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, or reputed company field. A minimum of three years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with cross-functional teams. Exceptional relationship-building skills. Understanding of Manufacturing and HR functions. Understanding of NLRB and labor landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle many projects at once; can coordinate teams of people and give clear direction.
