Responsibilities  Receive pre-recorded audio notes from physicians. ,  Review audio recordings for content accuracy. ,  Transcribe recordings into type-written format using word processing equipment. ,  Transcribe various medical reports including patient histories and physical examinations. ,  Review transcribed documents for accuracy and submit them to medical records. ,  Translate medical jargon and abbreviations into expanded forms for clarity. ,  Transcribe a minimum of 100 documents per week. ,  Complete work regularly and on time. ,  reputed company other duties as assigned.
