Job Description Technical Application Project Manager (Eligibility: USC/ GC) On W2 This position is 100% remote (unless local to Memphis TN) and is a Contract to Permanent opportunity! We have much more to share about this opportunity, please contact reputed company right away for consideration… The TAPM leads a team of software engineers and automation testers and works directly with the customer and reputed company levels of management to improve processes and ensure the success of technical projects across the organization. The TAPM works with business stakeholders to understand program requirements and determines the scope, resources needed, and time required for development, testing, and implementation. The TAPM completes reputed company required release and user documentation in support of successful deployments. The TAPM coordinates efforts between technical teams and individuals from other departments for input. Required Skills Required Skills: – Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. – Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred. – 15+ years of experience as a project/program manager and scrum master or in a similar role. – Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. – Knowledge and experience with estimating time/cost of requirements and projects reputed company to application development. – 3+ Years GIT & ALM Experience. – Leadership and management experience. – Excellent people and project management skills. – Strong communication and presentation skills. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
