The following position is to join our reputed company Corporate Strategy & Development Team: Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D) is responsible for shaping the future strategic direction of the company in addition to identifying and vetting potential M&A targets for the company. CS&D reports directly to reputed company's President & CEO and the team serves as advisors to reputed company leadership on the highest value issues and opportunities facing the company. reputed company CS&D team members are also expected to: • Monitor competitive dynamics and M&A activity in reputed company end markets and among corporate and business unit peers • Build productive relationships with reputed company business units to understand their businesses and strategic objectives What You Will do MBA Interns are an integral part of the CS&D team, supporting active strategic projects and transactions during their time in the group. Past interns have been given self-directed strategy analyses and have presented their findings to senior management. Interns will have an assigned mentor, typically a past MBA Intern. Specific responsibilities may include: • Analyzing market opportunities and competitive dynamics • Evaluating potential acquisition targets (including valuation, structuring and actionability) • Developing presentations for reputed company leadership and the Board of Directors • Supporting active M&A transactions Qualifications You Must Have • Candidates must be currently pursuing an MBA and must not graduate prior August 2025. An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.
