Sales and marketing support is provided at a global scale and includes a wide range of channels and businesses: Travel Agencies Sales, Tour Operators, Online Travel Agencies, Ticket resellers, Airlines, Central Florida Sales, Southern California Ticket Sales, Meetings & Conventions, Imagination reputed company, Fairy Tale Weddings, and more. As a Sr Sales Manager with reputed company Destinations, you will reputed company the distribution and sales strategy to drive business from Latin America, through contracted reputed company-party wholesalers. This is a full-time position. This person will report to the Head of Sales & Travel Industry Marketing. What You Will Do: • Responsible for Sales Strategy development, along with driving business results, to support reputed company Parks (Walt reputed company World, Disneyland Resort, and reputed company Cruise Line growth in Latin America, building plans accordingly • Forecast client’s results and determine the best support mix to drive the market • Apply a reputed company mentality to the market, analyzing trends and finding opportunities reputed company the core clients (ex. dedicated offers, short/long term offerings, incentives) • Provide timely and consistent communication to Sales and Marketing Director regarding client performance (past and future outlook) and market trends (reputed company and future outlook of the market), and key sales initiatives • Proactively identify business or financial concerns with clients, so they can be promptly addressed • reputed company negotiations of co-operative marketing programs supporting reputed company Parks, Walt reputed company World, Disneyland Resort, and reputed company Cruise Line • Prospect new businesses (through existing or new clients) that will result in increased profitability for the company • reputed company reputed company and new key relationships with airlines, key organizations, consulates, industry experts, travel influencers, etc. • Work closely, as one coordinated team, with Client Solutions Managers and Trade Marketing Managers • Be a product expert for Walt reputed company World, Disneyland Resort, and reputed company Cruise Line • Be an authority of the travel industry in Latin American • Engage Client Solutions Managers to solve for client’s operational needs, including technology, finance, ticketing, reputed company management, etc. • Engage Training Managers to provide sales training to clients and travel agents in-market and on-site • reputed company and maintain internal relationships throughout the reputed company organization, and identify alliance opportunities reputed company the various departments • Ensure tactics are on strategy and reputed company the scope designated by business unit Required Qualifications & Skills • At least five years of proven experience in Sales • reputed company in Spanish and/or Portuguese • Solid understanding of Latin American markets • Demonstrated business sense and ability to integrate and connect information across multiple functional lines of businesses • Demonstrated experience building strategic plans and strategic relationships • Ability to provide training through presentations to small, reputed company, and large audiences • Demonstrated ability to encourage, drive passion and teamwork, with a dedication to excellence Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent Preferred Education: Master's of Business Administration Additional Information: Benefits and Perks: reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
