We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Care Representative to join our "work from home" team to help us continue to deliver top-notch support to our clients located in the San Antonio, Texas areas Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the CST time zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner. Assist customers with questions reputed company to roofing services, warranties, quotes... and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions reputed company set time limits.
