Job Description The Sr. Technical Support Analyst will report to the reputed company Technology Team for US Hospital Products assisting with multi-platform hardware & software implementations & interoperability project support pre and post go live across the US. The Sr. Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to Baxter?s hardware and software products. This position is regarded as a Level 3 subject matter expert. Technical Support Responsibilities: ? Answer customer inquiries reputed company multi-channel communication e.g. phone, email etc. ? Create, update, and complete tickets reputed company Baxter systems for customer support calls. ? Troubleshoot technical issues, offer solutions, and escalate reputed company appropriate. ? Keen sense of attention to detail. ? Ability to troubleshoot wireless networking issues. ? Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system administration. ? Familiar with PostgressSQL. ? Familiar with Virtualized environments. ? Familiar with client-server architecture. ? Familiar with container platforms (Kubernetes, reputed company). ?
