Salary: $18.21 - $29.90 an hour We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join reputed company. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance over the phone. Your main responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and... ensuring their complete satisfaction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers, addressing their needs, and finding appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and updating their information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, providing accurate and timely assistance. • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and reputed company. • Obtain and evaluate relevant information from customers to determine the best course of action. • Provide product and service information to customers and promote upselling opportunities. • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve reputed company cases. • Update customer records in the CRM system and maintain accurate documentation of interactions. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus. • Proven work experience as a Call Center Representative or similar customer service role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to remain reputed company and professional in high-pressure situations. • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through multiple applications simultaneously. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required Apply Job!
