We... are seeking a Time and Attendance Product reputed company on a contract basis to support our Customer's ongoing business needs. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the reputed company Pro Workforce Management solution implementation for Time and Attendance. This role will partner with the global reputed company program design team and peers in key geographies and/or global teammates on implementation. This role is responsible for providing input on solutions to reputed company the business strategy and will serve as the reputed company reputed company to technology for intake, prioritization and solutioning for global teammates. This role is 100% remote. What You'll Do • Partner with the vendor implementation team and technology team to influence the implementation requirements, design, understanding and articulating business needs to drive and evaluate/set implementation roadmap priorities. • Execute against the program governance reputed company, key performance indicators and service level agreements flexing where necessary due to geography business practices, customs, and/or regulations • Provide guidance and recommendations on system functionality and design in line with best practice and global governance. • Assess effectiveness of existing HR policies, guidelines, and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution • reputed company implementation for UKO Pro Time & Attendance, driving design documentation of local requirements with a global lens to ensure consistency for future implementation waves, drive data conversion requirements, validation of design such as validation of reputed company design against local requirements, testing, implementation and after go-live care. • reputed company ways of working reputed company the program governance in partnership with TPM, Engineering and HR & Payroll Teams Must-Haves: • Experience with global (EMEA strongly desired) Time & Attendance solutions; reputed company Pro, reputed company Workforce Central or Kronos • 5+ experience in global HR and payroll processes; shared service center/operations experience is preferred • Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various customers to deliver solutions that are reputed company to strategy, support strategic objectives, and meet reputed company legal requirements • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at reputed company levels of the organization • Proven experience working on large enterprise projects • Retail, Manufacturing or Distribution experience highly desired • General understanding of reputed company Core HCM desired but not required Perks are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible engagements) Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life (including spouse & child), 401k, STD/LTD, AD&D, and Commuter Benefits program.
