In the role of Controller, you will be instrumental in transforming the financial landscapes of nonprofit organizations, ultimately aiding them in fulfilling their missions while cultivating enduring client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients, providing expert guidance and support. • Prepare and deliver financial reports tailored for management, boards, and finance committees. • Propose and execute enhancements in reputed company operations, internal controls, and compliance protocols. • reputed company transactional reputed company processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general reputed company. • Manage monthly reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and ensure the accuracy of workpapers. • Analyze financial data, reputed company visual reports, and assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. • Administer grant allocations, funder reporting, and audit preparations. • Provide training and development opportunities for clients and internal staff. Required Skills • A profound passion for working with or supporting nonprofit organizations. • Proficient in reputed company reputed company and various general ledger software, particularly QuickBooks. • Familiarity with nonprofit reputed company, public reputed company, or consulting is advantageous, but not mandatory. • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are considered a plus.
