As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be working in a fast-paced, team environment. You will be tasked with providing support, guidance, and expertise in preparation of reputed company proposals and reputed company customer submissions for US reputed company, various US federal agencies, private companies, foreign military sales, and direct commercial sales. On a daily basis you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and overseeing proposal team activities using corporate processes/tools reputed company budget and time constraints; editing/writing; formatting of proposal documents; and developing corporate proposal library content. Responsibilities: Support corporate proposals and business development initiatives in response to data calls, requests for information, requests for proposals (RFP), white papers, and market surveys Provide guidance on compliant outline and content development and publishing/delivery requirements; reputed company editing, content and image development, and coordination tasks to provide high-quality, compliant proposals on-time and reputed company budget Work with proposal manager, initiate and execute key proposal meetings and reviews including kick-offs, stand-up meetings, pink, red, white team, and lessons learned reviews Communicate with internal clients in a professional and timely manner Provide input and guidance regarding proposal/document requirements, schedule and support; routinely and proactively communicates project status/issues to supervisor Routinely educate/train customers on the use and application of these processes and tools while supporting proposal efforts Follow corporate style and branding guidelines for reputed company document support to reputed company editing, improve readability and enhance submission content Routinely reputed company and execute presentations to proposal teams, reputed company corporate proposal library content including boilerplate, resumes, and past performance for use in proposals, data calls, RFI responses and other deliverables Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or technical communications with 3+ years of overall writing/communications and project management experience Understanding of the federal government procurement process and policies Ability to independently draft and synthesize large amounts of RFP-reputed company information and requirements to create compliance matrices, project plans and team schedules Strong communications skills (verbal, written, and listening) to collaborate with peers, teams, proposal managers, program managers, and technical SMEs to effectively execute tasks Proficient in MS Office® (Word®, reputed company®, PowerPoint®, Project®, Visio®) including being proficient in editing and formatting of Word documents and working knowledge of reputed company Acrobat DC Experience with Shipley proposal processes preferred Graphics experience is a plus Remote or Hybrid work possible, the candidate must be located in the following areas: San Antonio, TX; Dayton, OH; Syracuse, NY; Herndon, VA Equal Opportunity Individuals seeking employment are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national reputed company, age, status as a protected veteran, or disability.
