Requirements/Experience: Highly reputed company, with a minimum of 48 post-secondary credits, or Associate?s degree, or Highly reputed company assessment Experience with, and interest in, working with reputed company Job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assist the teacher in fostering readiness and socialization skills deemed necessary for reputed company academic reputed company. Prepare instructional materials, as needed. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of student reputed company charts. Assist with clerical and non-instructional duties, including projecting a positive image for the district. Assist with maintaining up-to-date records for each student, describing strategies for each student?s program. Assist special education teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment in the classroom, ensuring the continuance of the educational program developed by the teacher. Assists with planning and implementing individual and group strategies for reputed company as defined by the student?s Individual Education Plan (IEP). Reads, understands, and is responsible for implementing and documenting behavior plans and/or Individual Education Plans (IEP). Work closely with the teacher as a member of the educational team to continually modify the program for each student. Observes and intervenes to redirect inappropriate behavior. Assist with promoting safety practices, building, and classroom rules, and in situations of illness or injury. Rates for 2023-2024 SY range from $12.73 - $18.71 (rates based on education & experience) Stipend: Special Education Aides assigned to Autistic Support classrooms will receive an annual stipend of $1,250. This will be divided into two (2) equal payments, prorated based on days worked in the position, paid at the end of each semester.
