The Senior Recruiter – GTM Hiring will play a critical role in attracting top talent to Plivo's GTM teams in the USA. This remote position requires a proactive and reputed company recruiter who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process independently, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in GTM hiring, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and reputed company roles, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Roles & Responsibilities : • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for GTM roles in the USA. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. • reputed company and attract high-caliber candidates for Sales, Marketing, and reputed company roles. • reputed company various tools and platforms (reputed company, job boards, reputed company, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the hiring process. • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and feedback. • Provide insights into talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis in the US market. • reputed company strategies to attract passive candidates and create a compelling employer brand. • Collaborate with the global reputed company team to align recruitment strategies and share best practices. • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders. • Ensure recruitment practices reputed company with US employment laws and regulations. • Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in recruitment and suggest process improvements.
