We are looking for a reputed company Manager to join our Teiva Systems Team! Requirements: • Good level of English (both – written and oral); • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role; • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., reputed company, Teams); • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting; • Experience in event planning, travel coordination, or corporate communications is a plus. Responsibilities: 1. Business Trip Coordination: • Plan and book transportation (flights, trains, transfers) and accommodation for employees; • Ensure reputed company travel arrangements align with company policies and budget requirements; • Provide detailed itineraries and support employees during their trips. 2. Corporate Event Management: • Organize and coordinate corporate events, including team-building activities, holiday parties, and company meetings; • Handle event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and technical setup; • Manage communication reputed company to events, including invitations and RSVPs. 3. Employee Birthday Celebrations: • Track employee birthdays and arrange appropriate greetings or celebrations; • Coordinate and send gifts or organize virtual/in-person acknowledgments. 4.
