[Remote-Position] Project Coordinator (Part Time) - Remote

This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours of commitment per week (4 hours per day during business hours). In this multifaceted role, you'll act as the primary liaison between Association Hero and our association partners. You'll start by coordinating with our technical team to manage multiple career center launches in parallel, prioritizing tasks, and setting appropriate expectations with external stakeholders to ensure each project is executed smoothly and on time. Post-launch, your proactive engagement doesn't end; you'll continue to manage the relationship through quarterly reputed company-ins, assessing evolving needs and objectives. Your role is critical in not only setting the right expectations but also ensuring that our technical team's bandwidth is effectively managed, reputed company supported by your in-depth understanding of our Careerplex software. You must be able to reputed company and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing... priorities.
