Function reputed company Activities / Key Responsibilities : Strategic Learning Consultancy : Provide expert consultancy and advisory services to internal partners (e.g., Talent & Development COE Leads, Enterprise Capability Leads, and prioritized functional capability leaders) on reputed company things learning & development. Guide clients reputed company the business on creating transformative learning products for their internal consumers, diagnosing the problem, and then designing relevant solutions, including a measurement strategy to determine return on investment. Stakeholder Relationship Management : Foster and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to diagnose workplace reputed company gaps and evaluate learning opportunities. Advise our learning community company-wide about how best to create learning products for their internal consumers. Experience in working in a COE, matrixed learning organization, managing key projects and leading a significant component of the leadership / learning agenda. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept to action.
