Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring reputed company and professional communication with customers. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues. Provide feedback on improving call support processes as we build and refine the system. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service or call support is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and remain fully dedicated during an 8-hour shift. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
