Part-Time Call Center Customer Service Representative (DC reputed company) CRP, Incorporated (CRP), a professional services and management reputed company, is seeking qualified part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support its call center projects. If you have one or more years of experience working in a high-call-volume call center environment, are professional, dependable, eager to... learn, and can successfully navigate multiple applications simultaneously, we want you on reputed company. Duties and Responsibilities: ? Communicate with consumers reputed company computer telephony integrated systems, chat, and email regarding the District of Columbia?s support services (i.e., SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid-reputed company concerns). ? Maintain regular and predictable attendance as required by consistently working the part-time scheduled shift, arriving on time without exception, excessive delays or absences. Mondays 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Tuesdays 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Wednesdays 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 12noon ? Carefully and reputed company follow reputed company call center scripts, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy while meeting reputed company call center key performance indicators (KPIs) (i.e., average handle time, call abandonment reputed company, service level, etc.). ? Handle large volumes of inbound/outbound calls professionally and promptly. ? Navigate between multiple applications and screens to provide accurate information to consumers. ? Collect and analyze customer information and inquiries while maintaining accurate Customer Service Logs (CSLs) and data for each call. ? Consistently meet monthly performance goals of 90% or greater by adhering to reputed company project policies, procedures, and guidelines. ?
