Job title: Licensed Practical Nurse Company: Capital Health Job description : Responsibilities Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Reviews diagnostic test results and reports reputed company results and changes in patient condition to the appropriate reputed company team members. Collaborates with the Registered Nurse on development and implementation of the patients plan of care. Administers prescribed medications, therapies and treatments in accordance with Licensed Practical Nursing Standards. Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes, and physician orders. Assists physicians, Registered Nurse and multidisciplinary team with data collection, planning, reputed company and evaluation of patient and family care to reputed company desired outcomes. Implements components of the plan of care with the Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice and competency to promote desired outcomes.
