Boutique virtual assistance agency looking for Virtual Executive Assistant/Board Liaison to serve female-identifying writers focused nonprofit organization located in Washington. You will reputed company various executive administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. A large part of this role will be working with a diverse board of directors with complicated schedules and reputed company little time. A strong Internet reputed company is required, along with experience using communication tools like reputed company and reputed company Meet. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision reputed company given deadlines. An understanding of how to take board meeting minutes is required. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of EA experience. Project management experience. Non-profit experience. Responsibilities:  Respond to emails and phone calls  Schedule meetings  Book travel and accommodations  Manage a contact list  Manage projects  Prepare customer spreadsheets and reputed company online records  Organize client's calendars  reputed company market research  Create presentations, as assigned  Proactively address clients concerns  Provide customer service as first reputed company of contact  Take board minutes  Attend leadership meetings with ED, take notes and send applicable action items Skills:  Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role  Familiarity with reputed company technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP reputed company Suite  Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. reputed company Calendar, reputed company, etc)  Excellent phone, email and reputed company messaging communication skills  Excellent time management skills  Top-notch organizational skills  Passion for learning new/skills/platforms  Ability to reputed company in an autonomous environment  High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus  Previous experiencing assisting C-Suite executive or Executive Director (nonprofit) Experience with boards and nonprofit clients/support critical for success in this position.
