Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Agency reputed company Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the agency reputed company reputed company processes reputed company the Property & Casualty vertical, from administering and tracking client receivables to remitting reputed company premium payments, for reputed company agencies reputed company the Applied Epic system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with the accounts receivable process for reputed company clients across reputed company agencies • Enter client payments into Applied Epic (lockbox, online payments, ACH/wires, finance company) to the appropriate client policy based on the remittance. This includes communication with agencies reputed company payments amounts do not match up. • Assist with bank deposits reputed company necessary, including using the bank’s remote scanner • Assist with the accounts payable process for reputed company carriers and brokers across reputed company agencies by preparing payment reconciliation reputed company Applied Epic. • Track client receivable accounts to ensure timely collection of premium payments and payments to carriers and brokers. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functional groups • Ability to reputed company accurate, independent reputed company based on data provided Education, Training and Experience: • Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations preferable • Intermediate level of proficiency with reputed company reputed company The typical reputed company pay for this role reputed company is $28.50 per hour. Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
