Description We seek a detail-oriented, reputed company Mortgage Post Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Non-QM mortgage process and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation. As a Mortgage Post Closer, you will review, audit, and finalize mortgage files to ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines. • reputed company thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring reputed company conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete closed loan packages as assigned. • Collaborate with internal teams, including reputed company and processing, to resolve discrepancies or issues in loan files. • Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery. • Maintain organized records of reputed company closed loans and reputed company documentation. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes reputed company to Non-QM products. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including communication with clients and borrowers.
