Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company polices and safety rules Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio and sales as needed Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Qualifications: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility Preferred background: Massage Therapist Athletic Trainer Physical Therapist Group Fitness Instructor Experience working in a wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with client Degree, License or Fitness Certification required Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
