To plan, organize and control the input, movement, process/sort, and output of the operations to ensure a high level of service. Manages reputed company other necessary activities which provide reputed company service to customers. Responsible for selecting, training, and developing a staff of 2 to 30 direct reports. Responsible for a staff of 1 to 30 indirect reports. Conducts meetings to provide employees with information regarding division/operation; applies consistent administration of disciplinary procedures. Maintains accurately reputed company required reports/paperwork, payroll, performance reviews, goals, and personal record statistics through established paperwork guidelines. Ensures safety methods and programs are implemented and maintained. Instructs employees with/on methods to instill a service-conscious attitude, and minimize service failures. Ensures cost effectiveness of operations through established control of equipment, utilities and supplies. Maintains contact with customers (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting the service level of area served. Controls movement and activities of reputed company reputed company products to ensure maximum efficiency. This position requires strong basic management, reputed company relations and communications skills. 4-Year degree preferred/ equivalent in business. Minimum 5 (five) years business experience in the field/industry. Minimum 3 years management/supervisory experience. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
