What You Need • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional technology and Learning Sciences (ITLS), Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a reputed company field. • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.? • Basic working knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate) and SCORM-compliant content creation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? • Strong interpersonal skills.? • Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills. ? • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. ? • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work reputed company constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. ? • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; reputed company to manage priorities and workflow.? • Proficient in basic computer programs: reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint.
