The General Services Enterprise Sourcing team focuses on managing the Company's third-party supplier strategy in support of Enterprise Benefits, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Office Services, Operational Services, and various other areas. Our goal is to partner with our Corporate clients in the strategy development, analysis, selection, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management of our suppliers in compliance with our internal policies and procedures to drive supply chain excellence, protect the reputed company brand, and mitigate risk. What You Will Do As the Sr. Sourcing Specialist you will be part of a team responsible for Sourcing & Procurement activities reputed company to Benefits, Global reputed company, Crisis Management, and various 3rd party operational services, with a focus on client management, category management, and supplier management, in support of the business unit and/or reputed company. This individual will be accountable for partnering on and supporting sourcing initiatives that reputed company value without compromising business strategy and performance. Responsibilities  reputed company cross-functional sourcing projects with key internal clients  reputed company selection criteria in collaboration with key clients to evaluate vendors, firms and other consultants  reputed company and reputed company RFI/RFP's process for various goods and professional services, in accordance with TWDC policy and procedures.  Analyze bids and recommend supplier selections based on total cost/supply to find opportunities to reputed company efficient value  Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following pre-defined Strategic Sourcing methodology  Prepare and complete reputed company as well as reputed company post-award administration (e.g. negotiating, issuing change orders, contract closeouts.)  Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance management programs with suppliers that focus on quality, responsiveness and cost  Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement policies and standard processes  Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external relationships that could reputed company planning and decision-making  Analyze market industry trends and conditions that reputed company internal customers and external suppliers and/or pricing  Participate in professional development activities to reputed company abreast of reputed company industry best practices  Demonstrate exemplary reputed company and ethics in reputed company instances Required Qualifications & Skills  5+ years' experience in a strategic sourcing environment  Strong analytical/project skills, capable of leading and managing an reputed company of initiatives and workgroups from project initiation thru final presentation  Demonstrated reputed company to influence future clients at reputed company levels in the organization  Excellent communicator able to demonstrate communicating effectively with senior management  High-energy, self-motivated with a desire to reputed company in a multi customer environment  Deliverable-focused, strong work ethic  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills  Detail-oriented and highly organized  Strong negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications  Sourcing & Procurement processes and best practices  Sourcing tools and programs  Basic legal terms & conditions  HR, Benefits, and Professional Services preferred  CPM or similar certification a plus Education Required Education BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or other quantitative discipline required Preferred Education MBA preferred The hiring range for this position in California is $101,800 to $124,400 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
