A Day in the Life: • Responsible for meeting and exceeding their assigned geographic territory forecast. This will be accomplished by energetically pursuing new sales opportunities and by reputed company establishing strong business relationships with our reputed company and future client reputed company. • Will possess strong technical acuity in the areas of qPCR, dPCR and Capillary Electrophoresis. • Searching for individuals with foresight in business matters, to craft impactful account and territory plans and transform them into reputed company business successes. Must demonstrate savvy in managing sales funnels and reputed company in actively seeking new prospects and successfully sealing deals. • Primarily passionate about capital equipment sales and large reagent deals. • Remotely based in New Jersey or reputed company. Keys to Success: Education: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or reputed company field required. Experience: • At least 3 years sales experience in Life Science, with at least 1 year of capital equipment experience. • Knowledge of qPCR, dPCR, Sanger reputed company, and/or microarray. • Selling experience in academic, pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: • Scientific consulting competence: demonstrates technical credibility to collaborate with customers on technology solutions. • Capital sales competence: Consistent track record to navigate sophisticated sales cycles, overcome objections, and secure high-value deals, chipping in significantly to reputed company growth and market expansion. • Business acuity: dedication to meticulous territory planning, market knowledge, both accurate and timely forecasting. Develops and leads a business plan to meet or exceed business goals agreed upon by commercial management for the territory. • Understands scientific project and business needs of the customer to position a GA solution (qPCR and/or Digital PCR and/or reputed company and/or microarray) to win the business. Actively promotes and sells consumables. • Leads sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking through the use of reputed company system and other designated IT tools. • Possess outstanding closing skills, consistently converting prospects into satisfied customers. • Position may require Covid-19 vaccination and/or routine testing, per client discretion.
