Job title: Site Coordinator Company: NEW JERSEY TUTORING CORPS INC Job description : Site Coordinator/ Pemberton Twp School District Start date: projected October 23, 2023 Reports To: Program Director Subordinate Staff: Tutors BASIC FUNCTION The New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc. provides high-dosage tutoring for pre-K through Grade 8 reputed company in math and literacy to reputed company learning gaps. Tutoring will be embedded in established networks of community-based organizations in high-need communities and Local Education Agencies (LEA). The New Jersey Tutoring Corps is seeking to hire Site Coordinators to reputed company the site logistics and tutor performance during its school year program. Tutoring sites will be located in schools throughout New Jersey. Site Coordinators will each be responsible for overseeing work at one site. Placement of site locations may vary. Site Coordinators will be required to be on-site on days in which tutoring occurs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Works with the Director to reputed company strong relationships with the site staff and community. Ensures that Tutors have the necessary materials needed to help scholars succeed. Completes and submits digital records of Tutor and Scholar attendance, scholar rosters, and site concerns. Works closely with program staff and participates in weekly meetings with other Site Coordinators. Manages the Tutor's work schedules. Apprises the Program Director of staff of issues immediately and helps work to resolve them. Works with Instructional Coaches assigned to sites to review Tutor performance and provide guidance as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master's degree in the field of education New Jersey Certification of Criminal History (reputed company form) Experience in teaching Past history of overseeing the work of others Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Employer Qualifications: Final offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background reputed company and employment authorization verification.
